Hatha Yoga – in these classes we begin by centering, grounding and setting intention.   Through the alignment of breath, movement, and stance we open our minds into the body and gain a felt sense of being.   We lengthen, strengthen, expand and contract —  allow, watch, reflect, appreciate and sweeten into every cell of the body.  Develops strength and flexibility in a supportive environment.
