For the benefit of all, we ask you to please observe the following during yoga class:

  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Refrain from eating a heavy meal prior to class
  • Plan to be at class at least 5 minutes before its start
  • If you need to leave early, please inform the instructor prior to class
  • Turn off your cell phone
  • Keep talking to a minimum as many students engage in pre-class mediation
  • Refrain from wearing strong/heavy scents
  • Let the instructor know if you have any injury
  • Listen to your body – don’t push yourself too far
  • Enjoy your practice!
